Finding calm
Relaxation & hypnosis
In a world that produces stress, relaxation is not a wellness extra. It is a necessity.
When tension becomes the normal state
Stress rarely builds up all at once. It accumulates, appointment by appointment, worry by worry, until the tense state feels normal and relaxation feels foreign. Sleep grows shallow, shoulders rise, patience runs short.
The way back does not lead through „just switch off“ but through techniques that can be learned. The body can learn relaxation again, just as it learned the tension. And the health and wellbeing of every person can improve through conversation.
Methods
Four ways into calm
Which method fits is something we work out together, often it is a combination.
Progressive muscle relaxation
Deliberately tensing and releasing muscle groups. Very physical, quick to learn and suitable even for people who find „letting go“ difficult.
Hypnosis
A state of focused attention in which fixed patterns become movable again. You stay yourself throughout and remain able to respond.
Autogenic training
Relaxation through your own imagination. Once learned, the tool is always with you, no equipment, usable anywhere.
Coaching
Accompanying conversations that give the whole thing a direction: what should change, and which next step is realistic?
Seminars
Autogenic and mental training
For people under high pressure at work or at home I offer seminars, individually or in groups, and on request at your company.
- Individual seminars
- Group seminars
- Burnout prevention
- Managing stress in teams
- In English
- In German or Romanian
Spoken sessions and seminars take place in German or Romanian; written correspondence is also possible in English. Especially in inner work it makes a difference to use the language you think and feel in.
In Berlin the wait for a therapy place is often many months. That time need not be lost time: I can accompany you so that the situation does not deteriorate further in the meantime.
Free & without obligation
Time for a break from the treadmill.
Tell me briefly what has become too much. The first conversation is free.
